Teleconnexions started out in October 1991 as a call centre providing high quality telemarketing services.

Since then, call centres have developed into the frontline business platform for most organisations. Developments in information technology have combined with market acceptance to position call centres as the most cost effective method of serving an increasingly sophisticated and demanding consumer.

Teleconnexions has moved ahead with those developments. Our telesales agents and customers service representatives are increasingly able to offer customers more information and faster solutions to their problems. Sophisticated information technology enables data captured from each transaction to be used to build specific to the individual customer and enables service levels to be tailored to specific customers. Thus transactions become positive experiences and, in turn, the multiplicity of transactions become a relationship.

As a medium size customer relationship bureau, Teleconnexions seeks to work in partnership with our clients to provide a balanced blend of quality, flexibility, adaptability and technology know-how to assist them to deliver an innovative and cost effective service to their customers.
