What is Interactive Voice Marketing (IVM)?

Customers receive a phone call to their mobile or landline that plays an automated message with the option to speak to a live person (at Teleconnexions or your own Call Centre), leave an email address or make a secure credit card transaction. 

 

How do I enable it?

You give us your recorded message (or we can do it), phone numbers (after flushed against the DNC Register), and a dialling pattern (e.g. time of day) or any other calling strategy of your choice. We then start the dialler and you monitor results in real time over the internet with Teleconnexions reporting.

 

Available anywhere in the world!
